Amidst all these changes, the volunteers and contestants of the Miss America Organization looked on, wondering what would become of this iconic pageant. For months, the fate of the Miss America Organization seemed to hang in the balance. In the end, the Miss America pageant, with the help of TLC, met modern times head on and presented a new version of itself to the American public. Miss America: Reality Check brought the fifty-two contestants into homes long before the final night of competition.
